Charlotte came along to my son's 5th birthday. I couldn't be happier. Charlotte always fantastic with the children and they all loved the balloon models.
Charlotte at Balloons and cakes also generously gave my son a card and gift which really added to the occasion.

First time ordering from Balloons and cakes and the customer service is sooo sooo amazing!! The Most loveliest lady delt with my order and it was extremely beautiful more than I pictured and my daughter loves it so much! The birthday girl even got a little gift voucher in a birthday card!!!

10/10! Charlotte is incredible at what she does. She was so helpful from start to finish. Amazing quality set up for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Took the stress off me with delivery and collection to the venue. Plus she’s an all round lovely person. Will definitely be spreading the word and using for any future events

I ordered a bunny balloon with a chocolate egg for Easter and my daughter loved this so much! Ordering and collection was so easy and Charlotte kept myself updated along the way as I ordered in advance. Charlotte was lovely and balloon was perfect thank you. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future. Even over a week later the balloons are still up!
